SUMMARY:The path of the muses
DESCRIPTION:The winter exhibition proposed by the Rossetti Gallery\, entitled ‘Il sentiero delle muse’ (The Path of the Muses)\, unfolds as an authentic journey of discovery into the many aspects of femininity\, set in the 16th-century cellars of Palazzo Saluzzo.\n\nThe collective exhibition will feature artists represented by the gallery who have chosen the female figure to express their inner selves: a crescendo journey that highlights the differences and interpretations of the “muse”\, crossing varied cultures and imaginations.\n\nFor the occasion\, artist Tom Porta will be present at the gallery to show his work live.\n\nThe opening will take place on Thursday 4 December at 6 pm at our gallery. At the same time\, the district will be brought to life for the Christmas party\, a widespread event involving ateliers\, galleries\, creative studios\, design shops and artisan workshops. SUMMARY:Christmas in Giustiniani and Surroundings
DESCRIPTION:On Thursday 4 December\, from 6 pm\, the neighbourhood of Piazza Giustiniani and its surroundings\, one of the most evocative areas of the historic centre and the heart of Genoa’s Design District\, will come alive with “Natale in #GiustinianiEDintorni” (Christmas in #GiustinianiEDintorni)\, a widespread event involving ateliers\, galleries\, creative studios\, design shops and artisan workshops.\n\nThe initiative was created as an opportunity to bring together merchants\, professionals\, friends and customers\, while promoting the artistic and artisanal fabric of the neighbourhood through exhibitions\, performances\, tastings\, interactive works and installations.\n\n\nTHE INITIATIVES IN THE PROGRAMME:\n\n\n• Lino Di Vinci – Lifeforms Art Studio\n“Threesonance”: performance of fluid geometry and electronic interaction with Team Hydra (Baricchi\, Bertoli\,\nMongiovì)\, in dialogue with the works in the gallery.\n\n• LOSPAZIO – Marta Rebora\n“Natale a mano libera – libertà creativa tra sartoria e design” (Freehand Christmas – creative freedom between tailoring and design): unique garments by Rattovolante and furnishing accessories by\nrinCASAre.\n\n• Studio A4 Architetti Associati & Pollericinque\nObjects rich in memories at Spazio Canneto\, with a toast in a vintage atmosphere and an exchange of Christmas baubles\nbrought by visitors.\n\n• Cambielli Genova Atelier\nCelebration of the Atelier’s first Christmas with a special opening.\n\n• JoLab – Art & Textile Design by Johanna Wahl\n‘Hidden Imaginaries’: preview of Gabriel Rapetti’s interactive multimedia work\, with images by the author and\nJohanna Wahl.\n\n• Schenone Arredamenti\n“A Christmas of Design”: convivial gathering with sparkling wine and panettone in the showroom in Via Chiabrera.\n\n• Rossetti Arte Contemporanea\nCollective exhibition in the 16th-century basement of Palazzo Saluzzo dedicated to femininity. Artist\nTom Porta will also be present with a live demonstration.\n\n\n• Design35\nExchange of greetings with ciambellone cake\, sparkling wine and special Christmas discounts.\n\n• StudioBira – Contemporary artistic ceramics\nAperitif among unique pieces of artistic ceramics and original gifts.\n\n• Spazio Giustiniani\nCarol Burger’s ‘Moon-Magic’ exhibition: an immersive journey curated by Matteo Rossi\, with an artistic paper nativity scene and\nanimated video inspired by the works.\nA widespread event to celebrate the neighbourhood and enjoy an evening of art\, design\, craftsmanship and creativity.\n\nFREE ENTRY – Piazza Giustiniani and surroundings\, Genoa.\n
