Locked in a room on a winter night in Paris in 1920, Jeanne is not alone: her brother André is with her. When you are desperate, you should always have a brother by your side. Brother and sister remember, imagine, cry, and laugh. Jeanne is talented, in love, and not yet twenty-two years old. Her child is about to be born. Her partner has just died. Few people know Jeanne Hébuterne. Everyone knows her partner: Amedeo Modigliani. During this long night, immersed in memories of an overwhelming passion and forbidden love, Jeanne retraces her story with Modì. A compelling tale of love, loss, and resilience set in the vibrant and tormented artistic world of early 20th-century Paris.
