Gianluca Patti, an eclectic and sensitive artist, is characterised by his bold use of colour, expressed through carefully studied and delicate brushstrokes, overlapping and layered. The artist manages to blend and create a dialogue between colour and materials to which he feels a strong affinity, which have marked his formative years. Through stratification, he recounts time and the unwritten stories that accompany it.
Drawing on his familiarity with construction materials such as resins, fillers, pigments and gauze, and his skill in handling colours, he creates artistic compositions of pure abstraction, balanced yet endowed with striking originality and great visual and material impact.
Thanks to the use of colour, Patti has developed his own personal style in which colour and material coexist, complement each other, come to life together and enhance each other.

Gianluca Patti’s works are a kaleidoscope of emotional and visual stimuli.
The artist depicts the metamorphosis, evolution and relentless flow of our thoughts over time. These changes give rise to new insights, inspirations and ideas in a constant stream.

The new project: the sustainable mural
This is a theme of social responsibility that Gianluca Patti evokes right from the title of his new work: “Respiro” (Breath). An artistic intervention that aims to recall the vital function par excellence, but also and above all to act as an invitation to become aware of environmental issues. A real “call to action” addressed to citizens and institutions.
It is the artist’s own voice that speaks to us through colour, stating emphatically:
“Let’s go back to spending quality time outdoors; let’s go back to breathing clean air, moving around, socialising; let’s go back to reclaiming those spaces that belong to us and that don’t necessarily have to be swallowed up by concrete.”
The figure of the ‘Wall’ is a recurring theme that has had a strong impact on our generations and, consequently, influenced the work of many artists. This time, the wall is a living, functional wall, like the panoramic garden it represents.
Patti emphasises this vitality by choosing to use eco-sustainable paints, aligning subject and technique in a combination that demonstrates a deep respect for the environment and an ecological awareness present in every aspect of his work, contributing to a silent revolution in the public art scene.
Applied to external surfaces, these innovative pigments not only guarantee excellent visual quality but, above all, contribute to a healthier urban environment by reducing air pollution and improving air quality, naturally breaking down nitrogen oxides, volatile organic compounds, hydrocarbons and organic PM dust.
